The ultimate goal of enclomiphene with bodybuilding is to replenish the body’s natural production of testosterone while keeping your sperm count normal and adequate for your age. 

Testosterone production is boosted when LH and FSH levels are increased, thus blocking estrogen. If you plan on using enclomiphene for bodybuilding, it is important to know what dosage to take and how to use enclomiphene tablets. Enclomiphene is essentially a weight loss pill if you are taking it for bodybuilding. 

While enclomiphene pills have a significant impact on testosterone, it’s important to note that it impacts estrogen as well. According to experts, enclomiphene increases estrogen levels as well.

If you take a typical dose of 12.5 milligrams or 25 milligrams per day, you will begin to see more lean muscle mass. Additionally, your performance will significantly improve. If you use bodybuilding plans and take enclomiphene at the same time, you are more likely to see an increase in muscle mass.

Enclomiphene is typically used to treat low testosterone in men. It is also used to treat hypogonadism. It has also been given to men to treat other conditions such as disease and injuries. Studies on enclomiphene muscle growth

Enclomiphene is not a steroid, because it does not contain estrogen. However, many men may be asking themselves how enclomiphene will benefit them. One randomized study followed 124 men with a morning serum T level of less than 250 250 ng/dL on two separate occasions. 

Those who took enclomiphene had semen levels tested after three months of taking enclomiphene. Those who were tested saw a significant increase in sperm production during three months. This proves that enclomiphene does in fact, produce the results men are looking for. Because enclomiphene raises testosterone levels, it should come as no surprise that it helps improve strength and endurance. 

Enclomiphene is particularly effective in bodybuilding because it gives men large muscles and increased vitality. According to PubMed, enclomiphene is a great treatment option not only for bodybuilders, but also for men with a testosterone deficiency.  

Enclomiphene can increase your natural testosterone production. Many men enjoy a 1.5 to 2.5 times boost in testosterone, without causing common problems like testicular shrinkage, dependence, or infertility. What are the side effects of enclomiphene?

Enclomiphene can cause several mild side effects, including breast tenderness, abdominal pain, mood swings, and nausea. While these effects may be mild for some individuals, they can be severe enough for others to interfere with daily activities.

Additionally, there is a possibility of experiencing acne, increased libido, and irritability as side effects of enclomiphene. Furthermore, not a whole lot is known about whether enclomiphene is passed through breast milk. However, it is a possibility, and pregnant women should exercise caution about taking this drug if they are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

With that in mind, it may be necessary to discontinue treatment if side effects are so severe that they impact one's ability to perform daily tasks or overall quality of life.

Experts say that enclomiphene can be continued through “six cycles” or for the duration of time one needs to see positive results. Your body’s response to this drug may depend on your situation, as no one is the same. 

Everyone reacts to medications differently. In addition to helping you bulk up and gain muscle, enclomiphene can encourage conception, especially when a man has higher sperm counts as a result of enclomiphene. A higher sperm count can help as well.

Enclomiphene does not appear to have any long-term side effects, so you can stop taking it, if desired. In 2021, enclomiphene was temporarily discontinued, because the FDA did not think low testosterone was a valid reason for taking “a non-testosterone” treatment for hypogonadism. 

It is also important to note that enclomiphene can show up in a urine test, even if it has not been taken for several months. Experts do not yet know when the drug can no longer be detected in urine. As with any other drug, it is important to be careful when you take enclomiphene. It is important not to change a dose or stop taking it suddenly.
