NU IMAGE MEDICAL® REFUND AND AUTO-BILL POLICY

All Sales Final :
All purchases of Nu Image Medical® treatments are final. Due to stringent pharmacy regulations governing prescription medications, which prohibit reuse once packaged for a specific patient, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds, regardless of whether the product remains unused.
Exception: Eligible first-time WAYT-less® patients may qualify for a refund under the separate WAYT-less® 90-Day Program Terms. See the WAYT-less® 90-Day Program Terms here.
- Defective or Damaged Products : While refunds are not available, Nu Image Medical® is committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will replace it. To request a replacement, you must submit a ticket via our online form within 7 days of receiving the product, and provide proof of purchase. Replacement requests made after this period will not be honored.
- Exchanges : Exchanges are permitted solely for defective or damaged items as outlined above. No exchanges will be made for any other reason. The request must follow the same process as outlined for defective or damaged products.
Auto-Bill Policy :
- Automatic Renewal : For auto-renewing products and services, your payment method will be automatically charged at regular intervals as described during checkout. This will continue until you cancel your subscription.
- Cancellation : You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the renewal processing date to avoid being charged for the next period. Cancellations can be made by logging into your account and selecting the cancel option through the Service. No cancellations will be accepted less than forty-eight (48) hours before the renewal date.
- Acknowledgment of Policies : Auto-Bill orders are non-refundable once your prescription has been dispensed, except for defective or damaged products, or as described in the WAYT-less® 90-Day Program Terms for eligible WAYT-less® members. You can cancel Auto-Bill anytime up to 48 hours before your next billing date.
Enforcement :
Nu Image Medical® strictly enforces these policies. In the event of a chargeback dispute, this document will be presented to the merchant provider to demonstrate that the customer was fully informed and acknowledged our strict no-refund policy and auto-bill terms prior to purchase.
