Weight Loss Guarantee

We guarantee you will reach your weight loss goal as determined by your physician within the first 90 days after subscribing to the WAYT-less™ Program. If you do not, we will fully refund your money. This offer is only available to patients trying the WAYT-less™ Program for the first time. In order to qualify for our 90-day money back guarantee for the WAYT-less™ Program, you must have:

• Participated in the WAYT-less Program for at least 90 consecutive days. If you cancel your WAYT-less™ Program subscription before the end of the 90-day Program period, you will not be eligible for our 90-day money back guarantee.
• Not reached your individual target weight loss goal as established by your physician.
• Attended your weekly check-in calls with our support staff where your weight loss progress will be reviewed. At each check-in call, you must have provided (i) proof of your current weight in the form of a picture of your scale reading, and the date and time the reading was taken, and (ii) taken an approved fully body picture showing your face.
• Sent a copy of your weekly food journal, recorded from the previous week's Tuesday through Sunday, to us via email at checkin@nuimagemedical.com by 11:59 pm ET Monday following each weekly check-in call.
• Maintained compliance with the diet plan assigned to you during the weekly check-in calls with our support staff.
• Have had at least two (2) discussions with our nutritionist during each 30-day period, for a total of at least six (6) discussions during the 90-day period.
• Submitted your request for a refund within fourteen 14 days of the end of the 90-day Program period to checkin@nuimagemedical.com that includes your name and account number.
