Low testosterone is a problem for many men. As men age, testosterone levels decrease, leaving many with decreased energy, a lower sex drive, and decreased muscle mass. Because of this, enclomiphene testosterone restoration has increased in popularity. But what exactly is enclomiphene testosterone restoration?

Enclomiphene citrate is a medication that is often used off-label by men to raise hormone levels in men with hypogonadism. This medication works by raising luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone or FSH. Enclomiphene citrate is newer than previous remedies for testosterone restoration.

Enclomiphene for testosterone restoration has a long history. According to experts, restoring testosterone is better than replacing it, because testosterone protects and maintains a man’s fertility. Studies have found that restoring testosterone with enclomiphene might be as efficient as replacing it.

Testosterone therapy has long been used to boost energy levels, mood, and sex drive. While testosterone replacement therapy is effective in many ways, it produces a number of negative side effects. One of these side effects is especially problematic. Hormone replacement therapy has been found to lead to a lower sperm count, and in some cases, infertility.

This is a troubling side effect that could potentially nudge many men to turn to enclomiphene testosterone restoration. Studies have long cited the potential benefits of enclomiphene testosterone restoration, and such studies provide valuable information. A randomized single-blind study carried out in July 2013 set out to determine the effects of enclomiphene on male testosterone.

The study utilized three different dosages of enclomiphene citrate in the treatment of men. Participants with secondary hypogonadism were given dosages of 6.25, 12.5, and 25 milligrams, while other participants received transdermal testosterone.

Men in this study had secondary hypogonadism, a condition in which defects in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland prevent the body from producing adequate amounts of testosterone. Enclomiphene can be used to treat low levels of testosterone by raising serum total testosterone levels, while keeping sperm counts within normal range. Testosterone restoration medicines come in pill form and are well-tolerated by many people.

But how does enclomiphene affect testosterone? According to experts, enclomiphene restores testosterone by raising luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) to the point that sperm levels are within normal range. Most men who use enclomiphene for testosterone restoration find that T levels rise in accordance with the dosage of enclomiphene they take.

Those who take 12.5 milligrams of enclomiphene each day typically see levels of almost 194 ng/dL. Those taking 25 milligrams typically see significantly higher numbers. Many men find that their levels return to normal range, often falling between 298 and 1,034 ng/dL.

After taking enclomiphene citrate for a total of two weeks, most men see a significant improvement. Those who take enclomiphene for testosterone restoration typically find that their serum testosterone levels rise to much higher levels, often rising from 170 ng/dL to 1,144 ng/dL.

The nice thing about this is the fact that enclomiphene does not affect sperm count, and men with hypogonadism maintain their fertility through treatment and beyond. When compared to testosterone replacement, enclomiphene testosterone restoration is preferable, because it maintains concentrations of sperm without causing other problems.

In addition to restoring testosterone, enclomiphene restoration helps men build lean muscle mass by increasing metabolism. This causes men to build lean body mass, while encouraging “muscle growth.”

Enclomiphene testosterone restoration takes a more natural approach to testosterone production than do many other methods. It is a good alternative treatment, because it helps the body restore its own production of testosterone, without dealing with troubling side effects.

Experts assert that enclomiphene testosterone restoration is a great alternative to testosterone replacement therapy for several reasons. First of all, enclomiphene is safe, and it works in its own unique way. Testosterone replacement therapy also boosts testosterone. Enclomiphene restoration seeks to restore your natural testosterone.

TRT, however, is a different story. TRT comes with a set of risks, which include testicular shrinkage, a reduced sperm production, and acne.

But how exactly does enclomiphene affect testosterone levels? According to experts, testosterone is important, because it is responsible for male characteristics and functioning. This affects everything from muscle mass to physical characteristics and mood. Testosterone also helps males develop sexual attributes, such as a deepening voice, increased muscle mass, and facial hair. Enclomiphene provides these benefits through restoration therapy.

Libido, sperm production, and sexual function in themselves are all affected by testosterone. With that in mind, it is clear that without testosterone, proper functioning would not be possible.

According to experts, enclomiphene comes in tablet form, and is quite effective. Research has proven that enclomiphene citrate does in fact increase sperm count. In addition to boosting sperm count, enclomiphene comes with a host of other benefits. These include the following:

  • Strong muscle mass. Enclomiphene testosterone restoration treatment causes men to build lean muscle mass. Testosterone and muscle mass are inherently linked. When a man builds muscle mass, he has more energy. Consequently, it becomes easier for a man to control his weight. Enclomiphene as testosterone restoration will help men reduce fat and gain a trim physique.

  •  Better mood. According to Maximus Tribe, enclomiphene testosterone restoration helps boost a man’s mood. Our brains tend to get foggy at times, but research shows that testosterone restoration helps boost mental clarity, self-confidence, and concentration. As a result, a man’s overall quality of life improves.

  • Increased libido or sex drive. Many men with low testosterone have difficulties in their sex lives. Lowered testosterone is typical with age, but enclomiphene helps restore vigor to your sex life. Having low testosterone can lower a man’s energy for sex, and in some cases, may affect his relationships.

But how does enclomiphene restoration stack up against testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? According to health experts, TRT can be risky, often bringing the potential for other problems, such as a decreased sperm production. According to a study that compared transdermal testosterone to enclomiphene citrate, both produced positive effects on testosterone.

However, these both had different effects on follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone or LH. Enclomiphene caused an increase in serum testosterone, while transdermal testosterone “suppressed LH” levels. Studies have found that men who take enclomiphene citrate typically have higher testosterone levels than men who receive other treatments.

Of course, enclomiphene comes with side effects. Experts have found that enclomiphene can cause a number of effects, including a stronger libido, acne, and in some cases, aggression. Enclomiphene also has some less common side effects, which include diarrhea, nausea, headache, joint pain, hot flush, and dizziness.

While enclomiphene yields many benefits, it is not right for everyone. Men who are seeking to increase their sperm count should not take this medication. Couples who are trying to conceive should not use enclomiphene. Men taking enclomiphene may have difficulty getting their partner pregnant.

In some cases, enclomiphene can cause a drop in sex drive, and some men have trouble getting and sustaining an erection. Enclomiphene can produce other side effects, which include:

  • Insomnia

  • Increased body fat

  • Trouble concentrating

  • Depression

  • Bone loss

If you find that enclomiphene citrate is not working to restore your testosterone, you have other options. Possible alternatives to enclomiphene testosterone restoration are exercising and staying fit, avoiding processed foods, quitting smoking, and reducing stress.

However, it is important to note that enclomiphene has many benefits that natural methods do not provide. It may help to speak with your doctor to get suggestions on how to make enclomiphene work for you.

Some people consider enclomiphene citrate to be an alternative to HCG. Enclomiphene solves problems caused by hypogonadism. Many men with hypogonadism report sleep disturbances, lethargy, fatigue, weight gain, and erectile dysfunction (ED)

Hypogonadism is a condition that is linked to aging. Men naturally lose testosterone with age, often at a rate of one to two percent per year. Men should also note that hypogonadism is linked to insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, mortality, and obesity. Studies have found that total serum and free testosterone levels are significantly lower in men with hypogonadism than the rest of the population.

How is enclomiphene different from other methods? According to experts, men who participated in a number of studies reported increases in testosterone levels, even after just two weeks of enclomiphene treatment. Results are pretty quick. In addition to increased levels of testosterone, men in these studies typically saw an increase in luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH).

How will enclomiphene impact men long-term? Although enclomiphene is not typically the primary treatment for hypogonadism, it can be taken long-term. Men who want to have children are sometimes advised not to take it for this reason. However, data show that enclomiphene citrate is overall safe, and has minimal side effects. Because of this, men can take it safely as a long-term treatment for hypogonadism.

It is important to educate yourself about enclomiphene testosterone restoration, especially if you want to get more energy, have a higher sex drive, and an overall healthier physique. This drug is usually well-tolerated, despite growing concerns that enclomiphene citrate would increase one’s risk of developing a venous thromboembolism
