If you’ve been on social media long enough, you know about the 30-day burpee challenge. There are plenty of Instagram fitness enthusiasts that will promote it as one of the best ways to push yourself. The real question that you have to ask is how effective it is for reaching your health goals?
In order to look at the effectiveness of burpees, especially the number that you’ll perform in a 30-day challenge, you’ll want to look at your overall goals and use a weight loss goal calculator to help you along the way.
It’s important to look at how many calories you can burn doing burpees. Out of all of the different exercises that you can do that requires absolutely no gym equipment, it is certainly one of the higher burning exercises.
You’ll want to do more than a few burpees in order to get any real results. If you do burpees nonstop for one minute, that’s going to result in about 10 calories burned. While that doesn’t sound too impressive, you can burn 100 in just 10 minutes if you were to keep at it – and that’s quite a lot of calories in a short period of time.
The average burpee challenge will have you doing 1 to 3 sets of 12-15 reps per day to start – and then increasing to about 3 to 4 sets by the end of the 30 days. Depending on the level of endurance that you have, this could easily add up to 100, 200, and even 300 calories burned just by doing burpees.
As you look at how many calories you’ll burn doing burpees each day, consider that it takes 3500 calories to gain or lose a pound. For every 3500 calories that you burn, you’ll be able to lose a pound. By using a weight loss goal calculator, it will show you how long you’ll have to keep this up.
Are you happy with how long it will take you to reach your goal doing burpees alone? If you’re not, then it’s important to look at what you need to do differently.
First of all, it’s important to remember that there are a number of benefits to performing burpees. While it may not be the only thing that you should do to lose weight, it is an important component.
Burpees are going to offer you a full-body workout. You’ll be doing cardio and resistance training. Plus, you’ll build muscle in both your upper and lower body.
Additionally, since burpees don’t require any kind of equipment, you can do them anywhere. It ensures that you get your calorie burn regardless of whether you’re at home or in the office.
Over time, you’ll build up your endurance because it will boost your cardio fitness. Burpees can be a part of your HIIT (high-intensity interval training). This will allow you to do a short burst of physical activity followed by a short rest. During the burst, you do as many burpees as you can.
Now, what if you want to get better results on the weight loss goal calculator? There are ways that you can increase your weight loss per week in a healthy way – and that includes modifying your diet.
Diet modification means that you have to look at your calorie intake. It’s much more than just eating below a certain number of calories, though. You need a balanced diet that eliminates a lot of carbs and fats. Instead, you want to focus on lean protein and plenty of fruits and vegetables.
If you’re just working out, you’ll build lean muscle mass. This boosts your metabolism. However, you also have to make sure you’re nourishing your body – and that’s why it’s important to look at what you’re eating. While some diets want to put your body into such a calorie deficit that you’re starving all the time, we believe in a better option.
At Nu Image, we want to help support your weight loss goals. While a burpee challenge is a great way to exercise and build muscle, you also need help with diet modification. By reducing your calories while increasing energy, it’s easier to lose weight and maintain that weight loss.
We offer the Wayt-Less Diet as a way to help you with these goals. The Wayt-less diet is one of the few weight loss therapies that actually encourages you to work out. You can burn your calories and have a diet that’s easy to follow.
You’ll take the Wayt-less pills, too. This formula includes naltrexone, orlistat, and acarbose. Each of these provides you with different benefits. You’ll be able to block the absorption of fats and carbs from the foods that you eat. You’ll also get help controlling your cravings and suppressing your appetite. Additionally, the supplements will give you a boost of energy – and this makes it easier to do the burpee challenge and any other challenge you want to take on.
