What does this mean for your remaining refills?
Don’t Panic! We now have the supercharged combination of Sermorelin with Glycine and it is now available in two forms, RDT (Rapid Dissolve Tablet) and our recommended form, the Nasal Spray Gel.

If you have a preference for which form of the Sermorelin Glycine you would like to upgrade to, simply email support@nuimagemedical.com and we will make the switch for you at no extra cost.
To make things easy for you, if we do not hear from you within 10 days from this notice, we will automatically upgrade you to the preferred form, our Nasal Spray Gel, at no extra cost to you
In the event that you do not want to upgrade to the RDT or Nasal Spray Gel, you can simply log into your account and cancel your available refills.
