It's 2016 and now is the perfect time to get started on a new weight loss adventure. Losing weight doesn't have to be as difficult as you think, and there are plenty of ways that you can get started today and see real weight loss results. Method #1 - Drink more water

The simple act of drinking more water can definitely help you lose more weight starting today. If you've been drinking beverages that have sugar or other ingredients in them that can lead to weight gain, you are definitely better off drinking water and getting rid of anything with sugar or calories. Having a bunch of junk food in your pantry can easily lead to weight gain, but getting rid of it is a quick way to lose weight because you will very likely reduce your daily calorie intake.
