- 100 g lump crab meat
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix lemon juice, dry mustard and water in a small bowl.
- Add in the crab, dill, and red pepper flakes.
- Season to taste.
- Top on cucumber slices, and serve.
