Phase 2 HCG Diet Shredded Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ¼ onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 5 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • ¼ cup of natural tomato paste
  • ¼ cup of organic beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lbs. of chuck roast

Directions:

  1. Pure the onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, oregano, cumin, all spice, tomato paste, beef broth and salt and pepper in a food processor until well blended.
  2. Cut chuck roast into medium size chunks no more than a few inches in height.
  3. Pour sauce over the chuck roast in the crockpot and season again with salt and pepper. Make sure that the roast is fully covered in the sauce.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or 4 hours on high.
  5. Once beef is cooked, pull apart with tongs and mix with sauce.
  6. Serve in 3.5 ounce portions with sauce and with HCG diet vegetables, and refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
