Ingredients:

  • 1 head of red or green cabbage
  • 6 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 6 drops Stevia
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Slice cabbage thinly.
  2. Add lemon juice, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, Stevia and salt and pepper to cabbage.
  3. Mix and chill for 1 hour or overnight and serve.
