On any food plan, it is crucial to give your body the nutrients
it needs to ensure the continuity of all biological processes,
including the ability to metabolize and eliminate fat.
For this reason, we created the NuFood plan based on our WAYT-less™ 800-calorie-per-day diet. Our NuFood meals are designed to help you make the right food choices so that your WAYT-less™ journey is successful! With NuFood, your daily calories would come from protein first, then carbohydrates, and lastly from fats. Keep in mind that most foods contain more than one macronutrient. For instance, eating four ounces of raw lean ground beef, two cups of veggies, and one Granny Smith apple would add up to 25.5 grams, or 102 calories, of protein, but 304 calories total. This means that 200 calories come from other macronutrients, which is why specific food choices are essential. Don't worry. To help you keep it simple, we'll take care of your meals!
