Skinny Pumpkin Dip with Sliced Apples for Ph3 Recipe
- 1 large apple or choice of dipping fruit.
- 1 (1.5 oz.) box sugar free/fat free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1-2 T of Stevia
- 1 cup solid packed pure pumpkin
- 16 oz. sugar free cool whip (softened)
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Slice apple (or fruit of choice) into diagonal pieces.
In a large bowl, mix together instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice.
Add Stevia to whip cream, and mix together.
Fold other ingredients into whip cream and Stevia mixture.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
