#1 Buy the HCG diet online

You can resume your membership as soon as Phase 2 is completed and there's no point in paying for the gym when you won't be able to go.

#6 Hold off on personal training

Just as with exercise you should hold off on personal training during the diet. This can save you hundreds of dollars if you have a regular personal trainer, and you can always resume your training during Phase 3 once you are off of the VLCD. The same goes for any other type of physically intensive workout classes such as yoga or amateur athletics; they must be paused during the duration of the diet but only until Phase 3.

#7 - Get a checkup after the diet to see if you can be taken off any medications

The HCG diet can correct several chronic health problems especially when it is repeated more than once. For instance many dieters have experienced lower blood pressure or lower cholesterol after the diet is over, and there are hundreds of health benefits of HCG diet foods as well. If you have to use medication for blood pressure for instance you may be able to get off of your medication after the diet is over. This should only be discussed with your medical provider of course, but you should get a checkup before and after the diet and see if you can reduce any of your medications safely.
