It works when you have the real hcg, you follow the diet, drink the water, do the walking, and don't cheat. after you finish the diet, you have hopefully learned by habit that you have to control your portions, eat healthy foods, drink water, and leanred what foods cause you to have allergies or bloat. Having no dairy on the diet made me realise that I was bloated on dairy. Being off breads and other wheat grains, muffins - basically the bread carbs, pasta too, made me gain weight and started off a craving that was really, really hard to control. I have learned that I cannot eat breads, pasta etc. I do best when I have lean meats, veggies, and no dairy, no breads. I also know certain fruits like mango, papaya fatten me up fast too. So if you do the diet and do it correctly and pay attention to how you eat and how you feel, you have can not only loose weight that for me was really hard to loose but can go forward with better eating habits. I hope this helps. It's not for everyone because our bodies are not all the same. It was a success for me in several ways - I lost weight, I slept better, I felt better about myself, I could kneel and get up & down much easier, I went back to being athletic and felt good and strong in my body. I had more clarity than before because I didn't have a dairy or carb fog. I glad it is available. it really helped me.
