New to HCG Diet.

I know I have decided to complete this eating program at the worst possible time of year but felt I would rather start the new year ¾ of the way to my goal vs having 5 to 10 additional pounds to lose due to over eating during the holidays. I am sure I am going to be challenged and thought I would feel more accountable by posting my daily progress To this forum page. I also downloaded the "myfitnesspal" app to my phone to help me track calories. I really like the app so far. Started my load days Nov. 20th and 21st. I found this to be very difficult to eat as much as recommended but I did it. I felt very stuffed all day. Nov. 22nd. - 170.2lbs. - No problem staying on plan a little headache but all in all a good day Nov. 23 rd - 168.8 - No hunger, no headache. Had to plan ahead as the family goes to brunch together after church. I took my own chicken I had prepared and added to lettuce from the salad bar. Actually very easy to stay on plan.

Mixing the 5000 HCG bottle and the mixing agent 10 ml not going too well...

I just received my 2 vials of 5000 HCG ( for the 46 day protocol ) and the mixing did not go too well...I spilled a little bit of the red mixing agent and I had an awful hard time pulling the mixed and ready to use HCG into the smaller seringe . Is everyone having this problem ?? Am I going to fall short of injections because of the small spill ?? PLEASE HELP !!

2 weeks in no success

I am looking for any advise or experiences other females have had. Here's my experience so far; I started the injections 2 weeks ago on Monday and did the loading phase for 2 days. I expected to be a bit hungry for the first week after loading, but I was starving! I lost 4 pounds from Wednesday to Friday but then Saturday no change, Sunday up a pound, Monday up a pound and Tuesday I started my cycle (which I haven't had since November 2013, yup peri -menopause I'm 48). I didn't take HCG on Wednesday, but did Thursday and today as I thought my cycle had already stopped, but it's back again. I am now back to my beginning weight and extremely bloated and still starving!!! What should I do next, stop and start over? I really think my body thinks it's pregnant, I'm not but I literally look like I am. In the past I have been very successful doing a low calorie diet with B6/12 injections and prescription appetite suppressant, I had really high hopes for this to be as good if not better and certainly quicker. Help!!!! I feel like I wasted $400

Ultraburn

I'm just a week away from finishing P2 so finally giving P3 the proper attention. I ordered ultraburn because, as I understood it, it may allow additional loss during P3. That said, protocol requires no more than 2 additional lbs during P3. Am I confused about when and why to use ultraburn?

Round 1 HCG vs Round 2 HCG MIC/B12

I would first like to start off by thanking all of you who have given so freely of yourselves and posted on a regular basis. I spent round 1 reading everything I could get my hands on but never shared, It is now time for me to give back. I recorded everything I ate and my weight on a daily basis in round 1 with HCG only. I now want to compare that to HCG with MIC/B12. This is the whats so: 1. I lost 27 pounds in 43 days in Round 1 and I was POP (perfect on protocol ) 2. I use HCG injections from a local physician 3. I took daily vitamins but had some energy problems, I was usually in bed by 8:00pm 4. I have been on maintenance for 11 weeks and have had no problem staying within my 2 pound target. 5. I am 2 pounds above my target this morning but I just got home from vacation. 6. My weight this morning is 212.4 at 37.7% body fat 7. I started my first injection with 200 IU vs the 175IU I took in round 1 8. I load dirty which means I eat whatever I want. I plan to BLOG daily, wish me luck.

when to do a mini steak day?

Hello, I'm new here, I started HCG for the 2nd time in my life, the first time was a few years back and had great success, I didn't educate myself well enough to learn how to maintain that I gained it all back, here I am again on P2 Day 18, I started off very well, not such a good idea to start before Halloween, my birthday and the holidays fast approaching...but what can I say, I need to get this weight off instead off putting on lots more during the holidays. Well I did very well with the temptations at the Halloween party, I brought my own home made ice tea (so people wouldn't pressure me to drink, I said it had vodka in it), I brought a cup up apple in a baggie...all good and dandy...then my birthday came along yesterday and I knew this was going to be a cheat day, I was nervous and worried but I went for it any ways, they had treats for me at work, dinner and dessert at home, but I didn't really think through about what to do after the cheat day, I woke up this morning with 4 pounds increase...it is really hard to take, but I can't dwell I just need to fix it...will a mini steak day fix this?, I did make a point to drink a ton of water yesterday and I'm drinking a ton of water today...I just want to get back on track and put this day behind me...being on the HCG I want a quick fix to my mistake, what do I do? what is the best advise? after loading I weighed 160, before my birthday bash I was at 143.8, I had lost 16.2 pounds in 18 days...I feel like such a set back from the progress I was making, it is REALLY, REALLY hard to just let roll off your shoulder and not be upset and dwell, I am trying. Any advise please and your experiences with something similar.

b12 Supplement

Is the included b12 in the hcg vial or separately in the hcg kit as a supplement? I already take a b vitamin supplement orally.

Not enough calories

Hi, I've eaten all my meals for the day but I've only reached 365 calories. Can I add a protein shake and some strawberries? I've already had my 1/2 grapefruit and green apple today as well as 100g each of shrimp and chicken and cabbage and tomato!

do I skip a day on the pellets?

Hi im new here and I just started phase 2 of the hcg pellets I ordered at nu medical..Was wondering if I take them every day or skip one day? I just started this past Saturday and I have the 46 day program..Any help would be greatly appreciated...

pellets HOW TO USE THEM!!!

just received the pellets, Are they suppose to be small pink pills ???? smell like fruit? Just put under your tongue??? When can you eat or drink?? Does it have to be first thing in the morning ???: No information was included on how to you use. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
