Phase 3 Allowed foods

I am about to start Phase 3 and am looking for a definitive list of foods that are permitted. I have ordered the UltraBurn, which should arrive today or tomorrow, and I received the general guidelines about what to eat (ie Protein, Fruit, Vegetable, Fat) and when, but I would like a list of what is permitted. I have looked on the web for lists of "low glycemic index" fruits and vegetables and all I can find are places that want to sell me something. I found this site: www..com, but don't know if your professionals would agree with their list. I really don't want to mess this up, like I did the last time, by jumping into the wrong foods too soon. Thank you!

Finding a quality physician for HCG diet

Hey, I have found that manyyyyyyyyyy doctors know about the HCG diet but not enough to where I am comfortable. I am getting ALOT of mixed information on this diet and have come to my own personal conclusion that physically seeing a physician and getting a prescription for injections is the only way to go. Thing is, I want a doctor who has studied it. Knows a high amount of information on this diet in particuluar..... I want to meet with them in person and talk to them. I am in pembroke pines Florida. Do you have any suggestions on who to meet with? Also, if I meet with physicians what should I be looking for? Like to make sure they know what they are talking about and not just looking for the money.... Thank you!

Working out with light weights?

I know you guys say that walking for about 30 minutes a day is all the exercise I can do. Can I do some light weight lifting on some days instead of walking?

Stevia & vlcd

Hi! I am starting the vlcd diet next week and i was wondering if the brand of stevial called "Pure Via" is allowed? I've seen somewhere that "Truvia" is not... also, I purchased protein powder sweetened naturally with Stevia (Bluebonnet is the brand - 110 cals; 1 carb; 0 sugar; 24g protein) and i was wondering if there was any problem with having 1 shake per day or if i should limit it to less frequently? Thanks!

HCG and my period

I bought the HCG drops and stretad my phase 1 today. Thing is, I stretad my period as well:/ I've seen some things saying it is pointless to do while on your period. I really only need to lose about 25 pounds and I have a 30 day plan. What would you recommend I do? Stop the diet and wait till next week? Or is it just as effective if I continue the diet on my period?

HCG, Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

If HCG is natural in the body driung pregnancy and women breastfeed while they are pregnant, can I continue to breastfeed while taking HCG? Is it the limited diet that is dangerous or the HCG? My baby is 7 months old and eats everything and drinks formula driung the day, but at night she nurses for comfort I guess. So her diet does not depend on breastfeeding. Is it still ok to breastfeed then? You can email me if you'd like to for more details. Thanks!

How to take sublingual drops?

Just got my shipment today and mixed the vials according to directions. I need some clarifications though on the prescription dosage. It says to put one drop under your tongue to absob but in parenthesis says (.5ml). .5ml isn't just one drop, so at this point I'm assuming it's truly .5ml, which is half the dropper. Also it doesn't say what time of day is best to take the drops or how long (if at all) to hold them under your tongue. Then spit or swallow? Help!
