Food allowed in P2

Can you use the breasts from the Roasted chicken you can buy in stores now days if you remove the skin? If so how much roasted chicken breasts equals 3.5 oz of uncooked chicken?

Newbie

Today is my first day of loading. It is also my first time with injections. The fear was greater than the courage it took to start the HCG diet but nevertheless the injections were painless. Unfortunately about an hour and fifteen minutes later I got nauseous and minutes later I through up. I don't feel much like loading at that point. I did began to feel a little better minutes later. I'm still encouraged but wondering if anyone else experienced this. I'm doing a 26 day injection round . Hoping for a better tomorrow and feeling nauseous.

Shakes approved on P2

I wanted to ask about protein shakes approved on P2. I have some shakes left here from a friend. They are isalean protein shakes - are they ok as a meal replacement? I don't want to waste them. They contain really good ingredients - just wondering if they are safe while taking Hcg. Thanks.

questions about excercise, weightlifting, etc

I keep seeing that you absolutely cannot exercise, etc. I'm just wondering why you can't add calories to make up for it when you exercise. Example, suppose that I go jogging (computing my jog at burning 800 cals) and then make up for it by adding 800 calories of protein/etc to my existing (500 cal) normal meals throughout the day... so that I am eating a total of (1300 cals) that day. what's the problem with that? that seems to me like it would allow for exercise, stamina training, etc and even help preserve muscle. It might also be easier psychologically because you get to eat more food total, keeping you satisfied and fuller, even though total calories consumed is offset by the exercise. You would obviously have to be careful not to overeat. has that been tried? any thoughts on why it is not correct, or what would happen if I tried that?

Nearing end of 26 days

I ordered the short round of HCG but think I may have another 3-5 pounds to lose. Do I need to order another short round? Or is there a way to extend for another week or 2?

My Weight Loss Journey to my High School weight of 135

So over the last year I've put on 50 pounds. I just started the hCG diet and I'm on day 2 of P2. I gained about 4 pounds during my loading days and I looked and felt like a bloated corpse. I never knew I could be so swollen. I ate as many high fat things and even mixed fruit juice with olive oil. Ugh! So I actually went from 5'8" at 194.4 to 198.7. Ok, so back to the present it's P2 day 2 and I am at 190.8 Which is exciting. I am mildly hungry all day. It's a nuisance but not unbearable. I have noticed that the paunch( is that a medical term?) around my waist does not seem as pronounced and my breasts seem to fit a bit easier into my cups. I can't wait to wake up and see if the scale has moved tomorrow morning. By the way prior to my weight gain I worked out a lot and probably above average muscle mass.

Can you ride rollercoasters while on HCG

I live right next to Six Flags amusement park and will be going sometime next week with my nephew and Im wondering if its safe to ride rollercoasters while one Hcg. I know they limit excercise to 30 min for walking. So with riding rollercoasters your heart rate will definitely be going up and down. Please advise if anyone has some info on this.

I placed my order for pellets, spoke with a consultant and got my approval on Monday. It's now Thursday evening and I have not gotten any shipment info. How long before I can expect delivery?

HcG injections - 46 day with Supplement Bundle - my journey from Day 1 to Day 43

R1P2D1 - Today was my first injection of HcG. I received my package within 2 days (arrived on Friday 10/4). I used the weekend to read the material on mixing and giving the SubQ shots over and over again. Seemed a bit overwhelming at first, but once I decided to mix on Sunday afternoon, it all came together and was quite simple. The shot this morning was nothing! It was real easy and I felt NOTHING! I also bought the Supplement Bundle and began those as well. It is 6:03 pm here now and I am so stuffed, I don't think I can put another crumb down! I ate mostly natural fats and homemade pumpkin roll! Enjoyed some of my favorite foods and was totaling up my calories throughout the day. Right now, I am sitting at 3,357 calories, 1,247 calories burned. I have been tracking my calories for some time now, but like most my age, just can't seem to lose no matter what I do! The calories burned were not by any exercise by any means. Just daily "extra" stuff I got caught up doing. The energy level I have today is well beyond my normal. And, my normal is pretty high! I did weigh myself this morning. I know it really doesn't count, but I just wanted to make sure I am loading correctly. I weighed 182.4. I am planning to post daily on this thread to make a daily journey. Just for information...In 2008 I purchased the homeopathic drops and dropped 30 lbs. I have kept that off. However, with all the hype about HcG diet after that, I believe the homeopathic drops changed from then after several tries again with it and doing research after the several failures. I tried to do them again after a one year break and they didn't seem to work. The first initial week the weight fell of...then the hunger started and the weight dropping stopped. I thought it was just that I wasn't committed enough. But after another try later, same thing. This was my main decision to do the injections this time.
