I know you guys say that walking for about 30 minutes a day is all the exercise I can do. Can I do some light weight lifting on some days instead of walking?

The short answer is: No!! Stick to your daily walks. Please remember that your caloric intake is unusually low on the diet, which means that a weight lifting regimen will be more stress than your body should take under these circumstances.

If I have been cycling for 2 hours a day and lifting weights I should stop this all together while on HCG? yikes that would be torture! I just need to lose another 10-15 lbs. Should I just try using the Ultra Burn instead?

There is no vigorous exercise allowed on the HCG program due to the minimal caloric intake.
The only people that should even walk 30 minutes are those with desk jobs or have very little activity during the day in order to increase energy consumption.
The Ultra Burn is a great weight loss product but must be combined with diet and exercise. It is not an "exercise free" program like the HCG protocol is.

Just to clarify, I'm not on HCG right now. I lost 40 pounds and am trying to maintain! I exercise to keep my metabolism going but seems about 5-7 pounds have crept back on. I want to lose about 10-15 so I was trying to decide whether to do HCG again or would the ultra burn help me get that off? I find that my metabolism doesn't reset on the short rounds so I would do a long one and can't imagine not exercising for 6 weeks! Thanks for your input!
