Hi there.... I am on day 12... I walk alot at work so wanted to do something different besides 30 minutes of walking... would starting yoga be ok? not going to a class but trying a few simple routines at home.
As for the diet I am doing fine, late yesterday and today I seem to be hungry but wonder if it's because I am at home and bored.... tomorrow back to work so I will see. My water intake is great taking in 5 and try for 6 -20 oz glasses daily not to mention my green sun tea I make for my meals...

Exercise while on the HCG diet is not recommended. Walking 30 minutes per day can be helpful to begin to introduce a small amount of exercise into the routine for better weight loss maintenance later on. However, if you are already walking a lot during the day for your job, I would not recommend walking or adding in yoga while on the 500 calories. Calorie burning on HCG will not increase weight loss, but may increase hunger, cause fatigue, and even cause weight stalls because you are not taking in enough calories to support this activity and you cannot add any extra calories or food to the diet regimen.
