Weight Loss Apocalypse is a very good book but HCG Chica was really instrumental in my success of 100lbs lost on HCG! She is also how I found Nu Image Medical so I am sure they won't mind if I plug her sight. Also, after several rounds over the course of the last 8 years, the most success I have ever had was with her Clean Loading advice and transitioning into phase three with her P3 to Life program. I am going to recieve my shots tomorrow and I am ready to start... however after seeing the varible programs re: the P-1 "loading" I am thinking of just skipping all this! And go right into the P2

Loading days...eat clean, low carbs, high good fats and eat as much as you want. Get as many calories as you can. Yes, you can have a cocktail on loafing days.
