what do I eat

hey! Ive just ordered my kit and I'm wondering what I am supposed to eat. I understand there are different phases and i want to know exactly what to do. Also how do you maintain afterwards?

You should get yourself fully educated as this is not a diet, but a hormonal treatment to break down stored fat in your system. 2 key books to read BEFORE starting your protocol- Pounds and Inches by Dr. Simeons and Weight Loss Apocalypse by Robin Woodall, which gives you a clear understanding of the science behind how this works and why it's considered a treatment and not a diet. Weight Loss Apocalypse is a very good book but HCG Chica was really instrumental in my success of 100lbs lost on HCG!  She is also how I found Nu Image Medical so I am sure they won't mind if I plug her sight.  Also, after several rounds over the course of the last 8 years, the most success I have ever had was with her Clean Loading advice and transitioning into phase three with her P3 to Life program.  This site was like my daily blog and I learned so much. I am going to recieve my shots tomorrow and I am ready to start... however after seeing the varible programs re: the P-1 "loading" I am thinking of just skipping all this! And go right into the P2

is it rquired and what do you eat on it - and can you have a cocktail?

Loading days...eat clean, low carbs, high good fats and eat as much as you want. Get as many calories as you can. Yes, you can have a cocktail on loafing days.
