As per our guidebook, at the end of your program, females lose an average of 1/2 - 3/4 lbs per day.
While many people who have excessive weight to lose can obtain 1 lbs per day loses, that is not typical, especially for people who have less than 50lbs or so to lose.
Now, that doesn't mean it impossible, because everyones body reacts differently to any type of diet, or weight loss program, but if you obtain 3/4 lbs per day in the end averages all days, you can consider yourself a great success.
Websites that post 2-3 lbs per day, are pure fraud. There is no such thing!!
