I am ending my 5th week on 46 day program and in the last 8 days have only lost 1 pound. I have lost a total of 27 lbs, but most of that happened in the first 3 weeks. The clinic altered my program to add a bit more protein, but still nothing. I would like to hear if anyone else started out well and then seemed to just have nothing happen the last 2 1/2 weeks. Even inches this last week haven't seen much change. I was 65 pounds over weight when I started this, so was hoping to see a bit more come off with this phase as I knew I would have to probably do at least another program later. Any ideas would be appreciated.
