I don't feel there is any HCG in the pellets I am taking they are HHCG. I am hungry and am not in ketosis. I am a week in and have lost 2.8 lbs. I have upped my pellets to 5/ 3x a day and waiting the 20-30 minutes before eating and drinking tons of water. I am also taking Raspberry ketones and African Mango which is supposed to help with hunger. So all that said, I thought if I switched to real HCG instead of HHCG then I would have better results. At the rate I'm losing, I will have to do a longer protocol anyway I was only going to do a 23 day protocol. My goal is still 14lbs away...
I'm just not sure how to go about it. I think I may be losing just because I'm on a VLCD
