Steaz on P2

is this drink allowed? (calorie free iced tea) Says "sweetened with Stevia" but also lists Erythritol as an ingredient... but i also see that Zevia also lists this ingredient and i think it is allowed?

If you look deep into each product, Zevia does contain Erythritol which is a sugar alcohol. Basically, its tricky because they arent using Truvia (which is not allowed on the HCG Diet), yet the use the two ingredients separately (Stevia + Erythritol) which is basically Truvia in disguise. I think it all boils down to the basics. IF your searching for modern day alternatives to doing the HCG Diet properly, you can get away with our "Ice Te" every now and then. Do not get carried away or distracted from plain water and black coffee. Following the old school protocol will guarantee lasting results. We feel that too many people are looking for modern day alternative foods in order to make the HCG program more "do-able" without the proper research in how these new ingredients affect the program. SO, all in all, you can have one every now-and-then, but sticking to water, water, water is always best!
