Starving

I just read this old post " I am on day 3 of the 500 a day and I think I might eating a box of tissues to stop the hunger pains. Yes, I did following the cleansing period before starting and then I binged on fatty foods for 2 days. I have been hungry for three days - please help!!!" I am questioning the dosage for the sub-lingual HCG I am taking. Your website says .2ml for injections and .2ml for sub-lingual....that can't be correct and might account for the hunger pains I have been dealing with all day. I loaded for two days on high fat foods and actually LOST weight. So now on my first day of 500 I am really feeling hunger and questioning the dosage. I was instructed to take .2ml once daily. I would imagine some hunger pains, but this is really not good (healthy). Thanks I appreciate a reply.

The amount of liquid may be the same, but the strength is different due to the reconsitution ratio and the actual amount of drug in the oral vials. I suggest you call our medical support desk tomorrow so they can go over everything is detail with you.

Thank you for your prompt response. I understand what you are saying. I will give it another day or two, but from what I have read you shouldn't feel hungry, so if I still do after a few days I will certainly call. This won't be sustainable like this if it continues.

You are doing one of two things wrong. Not eat enough calories or too much strenuous work during the day. Our staff will address your daily routing and food intake and advise on what your doing wrong. It can take some people much longer than 1-2 days to get acclimated with the restricted calorie food intake, but typically that does not happen.

Thanks. I am keeping a detailed log of what I eat (amounts, calories etc). I didn't do anything more than go to work...no marathon running Okay I will give it a few more days on the VLCD and see how it goes. Then I will call.
