R1P2D2- WT; 186.6 (-0.8) TW: (4.6) Yesterday was a good day for me; I stuck to my 500 calories diet and drank half a gallon of water. I didn't feel hungry at all. I had to force myself to eat dinner because the hunger wasn't there at all. I guess the hcg is releasing enough calories to feed my body. I have plenty of energy; I'm thinking about doing some light exercises since I can't go outside for my 30 minute walk as suggested. It's extremely cold here in Connecticut so going outside for a walk is not an option. The protocol is working for me so far; I'm almost down 5 lbs in 2 days. My goal is to lose 30 lbs; I hope I can accomplish that with the 46 day program. Good luck to everyone who is doing this protocol and stay focused.

R1P2D3 WT; 186.4 lbs (0.2 lb) TW (4.8 lb) I did not lose much today, only 0.2 lb, but it's OK; I did not cheat, ate my 500 calories but I only drank 2 bottled water. So it could be water retention because the less water you drink the more water your body retains. I'm going to do a better job today as far as water intake and see what happens. I'm still not hungry and don't crave any bad food.

I started out on Wednesday Jan 14th, gorged on the 14th and 15th. On Wed I weighed 171.0, after gorge day I weighed 177. Today I'm happy to report my weight is 166.0, down 11 pounds. Amazing results so far and im not hungry at all, but still eating my 500 calories and drinking plenty of water with lemon wedges. I havent purchased any of the suggested beauty products, but if i notice any kind of stall i will know to go any buy them. Ive tried the homeopathic pellets in the past, which did work for me in losing 40 pounds, but it seems like i was always hungry! Glad to have found the right stuff this time!

R1P2D3 WT: 185.0 (-1.4) TW (6.2) I dropped 1.4 lb today and I am extremely happy. 6.2 lbs in 3 days, that's amazing. Unlike yesterday, I made sure I drank plenty of water and it helped. That's why I like the hcg diet. Every day you get on the scale, you're losing weight.

R1P2D4 WT: 183.4 (-1.6) TW: (7.8) I lost 1.6 lb today for a total weight loss of 7.8 lb in 4 days. 2 back to back days with over 1 lb loss. I'm loving it. I can't weight to be over the 10 lb weight loss mark but I know it'll come this weekend, guaranteed. I stay faithful to the protocol and it will take care of me.

R1P2D6 WT: 183.4 (0.0) TW: 7.8 No weight loss today. It happens some days that you don't lose any weight despite your following the program closely but I know tomorrow is going to be different; that I'm going to wake up lighter. I stay focused and motivated knowing that this protocol works. I went grocery shopping after work to get ready for my second week of dieting. I feel that I have plenty of energy, no hunger at all, and no craving for bad foods. It's crazy when you hear people say eating 500 calories a day is dangerous, that you put your body in starvation mode. They don't realize that the hcg hormone is releasing thousands of other calories and nutrients from your fat cells into your blood stream. That's why you don't feel hungry. It's not a placebo effect as some say. I tried low calorie diets before without the hcg but I never passed day 3; I got so starved that I went into a binge eating and gained all the weight back plus some more. But the hcg diet is different; I'm on day 6 and I'm still forcing myself to eat all of the 500 calories allowed because I'm not hungry at all neither do I feel weak. I'm going to complete this 46 day program and achieve my ideal weight.

VLCD day 7 WT: 181.8 lb (-1.6lb) TW: 9.4 lbs I woke up this morning with a weight loss of 1.6 lbs for a total weight loss of 9.4 lbs in 1 week. How can you not like the hcg diet? The pounds are melting every day; as a result, you are motivating to keep going. Nothing can stop me at this point because I know it's working. I stay faithful to the protocol and it's taking care of me. It's amazing to see how I didn't lose any weight yesterday an woke up this morning dropping 1.6 lbs. The lesson is: don't panic if you don't lose weight in one day. Just keep following the protocol and the pounds will come off.

VLCD day 8 WT: 181.0 lbs (0.8 lb) TW: (10.2) I dropped 0.8 lb today for a total weight loss of 10.2 lbs in 8 days. I'm loving it. The pounds are coming off; I got plenty of energy and I don't feel any hunger at all. Now I can see why Dr Simeons called this protocol 'Pounds and Inches'. I'm not just losing lbs but I'm also losing inches. For example, my waist line went from a size 39 to a size 35. That's a loss of 4 inches in 8 days; that's terrific. I can't wait to be a size 32 again; I'm a male by the way. So a lot of my weight loss is coming from my stomach.

VLCD day 9 WT: 180.0 (-1lb) TW: (11.2 lbs) I lost exactly 1 lb today for a total weight loss of 11.2 lbs in 9 days. It's working folks; the hcg diet is no joke. If you follow the protocol to the letter, it'll take care of you. I'm losing pounds and inches everywhere. The most impressive thing for me is the weight I'm losing in my mid section. It's just unbelievable. I went from a size 39 to 34.5 in 9 days. My wife can't believe how flat my stomach has become. About 2 weeks ago she was making fun of my stomach. She said I looked pregnant but now she is so impressed with my result, she has decided to join me in my journey. I also incorporate some light exercises in my program since I can't go outside to walk because of the cold weather. I do 15 minutes of abdominal workout in the morning and 15 minutes of body weight exercises such as squats, pull ups, push ups, lunges, leg raises and dips, I only use my body weight with all exercises because I don't want to tear my muscles which could cause water retention and weight gain as a result. It's working well for me. I don;t like the emaciated look that I get sometimes when I'm losing weight. So these exercises keep my muscles toned. I'm loving it. I stay faithful to the protocol; no cheating for me and I intend to keep it like this all the way to day 46.
