I understand you should not be exercising while you're on HCG, but is walking okay? I have a rebounder (mini trampoline), is it okay to do 5 to 10 minutes on that?
My HCG didn't come with any bacteriostatic water. It only came with vitamin B-12. Is it safe to mix HCG and vitamin-B? Will it affect it's potency?
Any input is appreciated. Thank you!
