Only 8 pounds in 2.5 weeks!

I've been so strict with keeping to the allotted calories and I've only lost 8 pounds. I was hoping for more by this time. Does anyone have suggestions on what to do? Thanks! Frown

Good Morning. Our licensed medical staff is available for all our patient questions regarding medications, diet instructions and "tricks" while on the HCG program. Its seems your not a patient of Nu Image Medical by your email address, so I would recommend calling our office Monday to resolve your issues. There are many factors which determine your weight loss on this program. Age, amount of weight needed to lose (based upon health, not what the individual thinks they should weigh), height, and health conditions. Since you lost 40 lbs on your first program, the closer you get to your ideal weight, the slower the weight loss progresses. Obviously ,more fat, greater losses! It is important to discuss these things with your advisor and/or our physicians as many fake medical HCG sites and improper information exist on the internet regarding this program. What works fro one, may not work for others. Thats what we are here for! Have a great weekend!

I think it depends on how much weight you have to loose, also make sure you are weighing your protein raw and not over consuming the allowed veggies or fruits. check your lotions etc it's usually something small. Hope this helps:-)

8 pounds in 2 weeks! Do cartwheels! Over the length of the diet it will

AVERAGE out to .5 pounds a week I'd wager for women, more for men. Wouldn't it be great if we could all post our dailies here at nu and the.we could see how others here are doing! Remember p2 is easy p3 is hard because you think the diet is over and it's only just begun!
