I am heading towards the end of my first week. Have done pretty well with the loading (ate whatever I wanted, but lots of protein)and the first few days. MOST of the adjustment is psychological...changing of the habits, which I have never been in a better place to make those changes
Water: Going to be a bit tricky to work water intake around some of my work days, but doing well so far. I have a 2 liter pitcher that I fill in the AM with water, ice & lemon, lime or cucumber slices. Then refill at lunch for the afternoon...gives me the visual of how much I have to go & is much more convenient then having to go refill a glass each time.
Cooking: I am using my NuWave oven for cooking and it is great! Quick, easy & convenient for both proteins & veggies! Loving it!
Weight: doing ok so far...dont know how much is due to HCG & how much is better water intake? Trying not to get too excited about the numbers since it may be my body adjusting to the new lifestyle...
Hoping that other will share their tips & tricks and we can keep each other motivated!
