Today is my first day of loading. It is also my first time with injections. The fear was greater than the courage it took to start the HCG diet but nevertheless the injections were painless. Unfortunately about an hour and fifteen minutes later I got nauseous and minutes later I through up. I don't feel much like loading at that point. I did began to feel a little better minutes later. I'm still encouraged but wondering if anyone else experienced this. I'm doing a 26 day injection round . Hoping for a better tomorrow and feeling nauseous.

Very odd about the nausea. Perhaps your first injection anxiety got the better of you. Call our medical staff if you have continued issues.

You know, I overdid it with loading one day, and I felt horrible. I didn't actually throw-up, but I was feeling nauseated.

I JUST got my pellets and am ready to begin. I wanted to begin right away, but I just have to wait out my menstruel cycle, and then I can. Let's figure out how to stay in touch, because I could use a partner-in-crime since I am not making it public knowldge what I am doing...too many naysayers!!

I'm on my 2nd loading day and looking for some partners in crime. I'm excited and nervous about this round. Anyone up for it? Gonna peek at the other topics and see if there's a lot of support to be had there, as well.

I am heading towards the end of my first week. Have done pretty well with the loading (ate whatever I wanted, but lots of protein)and the first few days. MOST of the adjustment is psychological...changing of the habits, which I have never been in a better place to make those changes Water: Going to be a bit tricky to work water intake around some of my work days, but doing well so far. I have a 2 liter pitcher that I fill in the AM with water, ice & lemon, lime or cucumber slices. Then refill at lunch for the afternoon...gives me the visual of how much I have to go & is much more convenient then having to go refill a glass each time. Cooking: I am using my NuWave oven for cooking and it is great! Quick, easy & convenient for both proteins & veggies! Loving it! Weight: doing ok so far...dont know how much is due to HCG & how much is better water intake? Trying not to get too excited about the numbers since it may be my body adjusting to the new lifestyle... Hoping that other will share their tips & tricks and we can keep each other motivated!Smile

First day out of the shoot. Yea! I remember the first time I did injections. Oh my, the talking to myself to put the needle in. Now? No big deal. As in none. It is so great to not have to fiddle with drops all day. My typical way of eating is low-carb, high fat (which I adopted more than a year ago). During these two days of loading, I have no intention of ramping up the amount of food I eat. I higher percentage of fat, sure. I keep my carbs less than 50g on a daily basis and that isn't going to change. I don't miss the sweet stuff and "having just one bite" does me in. I will only be weighing once a week. I sleep at my mom's six nights a week--she can't be by herself anymore. That translates to waking up in my house where my scale is on Friday mornings. That's weigh day. I know I am going to have a "magic first week" which is what one of my HCG friends calls it.

Would you please confirm that once mixed, a 23-day vial of HCG is less than half full? Smile
