New to HCG Diet.

I know I have decided to complete this eating program at the worst possible time of year but felt I would rather start the new year ¾ of the way to my goal vs having 5 to 10 additional pounds to lose due to over eating during the holidays. I am sure I am going to be challenged and thought I would feel more accountable by posting my daily progress To this forum page. I also downloaded the "myfitnesspal" app to my phone to help me track calories. I really like the app so far. Started my load days Nov. 20th and 21st. I found this to be very difficult to eat as much as recommended but I did it. I felt very stuffed all day. Nov. 22nd. - 170.2lbs. - No problem staying on plan a little headache but all in all a good day Nov. 23 rd - 168.8 - No hunger, no headache. Had to plan ahead as the family goes to brunch together after church. I took my own chicken I had prepared and added to lettuce from the salad bar. Actually very easy to stay on plan.

Nov. 24th - 167.7. No problem with hunger today and much easier to consume the water quota as well. My energy was very good. Had to place a call to the support line as I was finding if I followed the diet exactly as written I was not adding to 500 cal. I was staying around 350 to 360 cal. She suggested I go with 4 oz of fish and chicken (which is mostly what I have eaten) vs the 3.5 oz. Very nice and helpful with my questions. Nov. 25th - 167.7 a little disappointed I did not lose any weight but from my reading I understand this is normal for women to not lose everyday. I won't stress over this yet. My challenge for thanksgiving will start today as I will be traveling for the next 2 days! So I have my meals pre-made and loaded into the cooler along with my vial of HCG and water on the road! Now that it is 10 pm I am starting to feel a little hunger so stopped for coffee, All good.17
