I know I have decided to complete this eating program at the worst possible time of year but felt I would rather start the new year ¾ of the way to my goal vs having 5 to 10 additional pounds to lose due to over eating during the holidays. I am sure I am going to be challenged and thought I would feel more accountable by posting my daily progress To this forum page. I also downloaded the "myfitnesspal" app to my phone to help me track calories. I really like the app so far.
Started my load days Nov. 20th and 21st. I found this to be very difficult to eat as much as recommended but I did it. I felt very stuffed all day.
Nov. 22nd. - 170.2lbs. - No problem staying on plan a little headache but all in all a good day
Nov. 23 rd - 168.8 - No hunger, no headache. Had to plan ahead as the family goes to brunch together after church. I took my own chicken I had prepared and added to lettuce from the salad bar. Actually very easy to stay on plan.
