I ate my normal low-carb diet the week leading up to starting on hCG, probably around 2000 calories.
I weighed 154.
Started the injections for Phase I and ate nachos, pizza, ice cream, M&M's, Bailey's milkshakes, donuts, croissants, trail mix, etc.
I ate until I was full! Both days, all high-fat, high calorie foods. I went through a bottle of Bailey's (my secret fave).
The day I began Phase II I weighed 153.
The next day I weighed 150.
The following day I weighed 148.
There's no way I could eat that much and weigh LESS the next day and keep on weighing less unless it's the hCG.
If it was just the 500 calorie diet then I would have showed a weight GAIN right away and then after being at 500
calories for several days I'd show a gradual loss. But this was immediate.
