R1P2D5 - second day of VLCD! Going GREAT!!! Weigh in this morning was 181.8 (-2.6)
I have my meals in my calorie tracker and have the calorie target in range. Currently, I have 56 oz of water down and see no problem hitting the water target!
I am not hungry throughout the day. Headache didn't appear today!
I have split my meals up to have my fruit mid-morning and mid-evening. During the evening of watching television, I load up on more water just so I don't want any mindless munchies!
So far, so good!
