I'm wondering if it's ok to drink stuff like "Metromint" or "Hint" flavored waters? They don't contain sweeteners, but do include "fruit essence" and so on. Zero calories - just a hint of flavor, which makes it a nice switch up when I need something other than plain water.
I love these bottled waters, but wanted to be sure the "fruit/mint" essences wouldn't affect the diet.
