Documenting My Journey on HCG

I'm going to journal a bit on my experience with HCG as I move through this protocol. I have had a good experience with using HCG in the past to lose over 35 pounds and keeping it off for a couple of years. After getting married and trying to merge our eating habits, I gained 50 pounds over the past 3 years and had to go on blood pressure meds. That is why I'm going down this road again and I'm happy this is still available. I'm grateful to be able to get REAL HCG in the pellet form from Nu Image Medical. My first 500 calorie day was Monday (as I loaded over the weekend for two days) and I'm very pleased with how this is going....actually better than in the past. Very little hunger and feeling very good. I'm thinking of adding the Ultra Burn injections starting the second week, just to keep the momentum going. Definitely will do during P3, but may start sooner. Monday 6/15/15 199.6 lbs (morning of first 500 calorie day) Tuesday 6/16/15 195.6 lbs Wednesday 6/17/15 192.4 lbs Thanks for letting me share and I'll post some more results during the weekend!

Now it is Sunday, which is day 7 of being on the 500 calorie/day part of the HCG pellet protocol. I'm only hungry around meal times and I am satisfied with the amount of food on the protocol. Results so far: 06/18/15 189.8 lbs 06/19/15 188.4 lbs 06/20/15 188.6 lbs 06/21/15 187.2 lbs From day 1 of the 500 calorie/day part of this protocol, I've lost 12.4 lbs and 7 inches overall, mostly around my bra line, upper stomach pouch and hips. I have not started to use the Ultra Burn capsules that I picked up on Friday since I'm still loosing. If I stall, I will consider using prior to P3. My goal is 20 lbs in 21 days and to keep it off. Then in August, do another round One of the things I read about was changing behavior, So, I've been determined to change how I do things, so I don't want to eat all the time. That has been one of the things that has made this easier for me. Thanks for letting me journal my experience. Laugh

Hallelujah!!! I finished the 21 day course at 184 lbs and I'm so happy (down from 199 lbs.....which was giving me nightmares to top over 200 lbs again). How better I feel at this point is amazing and I can get into a size smaller than when I began. I have not decided to concentrate on the weight I have yet to loose, but rejoice over that which is gone!! Before going into this, I decided that I would do another course starting this late August/early September. During that time, I will have an extended vacation, and I ALWAYS lose on vacation no matter what I eat since I am more active than sitting at a desk at work. I'm grateful for the teledoc program that Nu Image has and for their wonderful pricing on REAL HCG. Without those two, I don't believe I would have taken this journey. Again, thanks for letting me share my experiences. I will post before I go on vacation to let you know how maintenance goes, but really I'm not worried about it because I've had shift in mindset!

Hello - Here I am on 7/11/15 and my weight is steady at 185. My meals are very similar to the low calorie phase in that I eat a lot of veggies with lunch and dinner. I'm eating five times a day with breakfast (usually Greek yogurt with berries), grapefruit for mid-morning snack, lots of protein/veggies for lunch with a slice of cheese, apple mid-afternoon and protein/veggies for dinner. If I get hungry in between, I take a swig or two from a high protein shake I keep in the fridge. I'm very excited for the changes in my eating habits and I am really looking forward to another round after Labor Day this year....!!!!! Yeah!!! :):):):)
