Now it is Sunday, which is day 7 of being on the 500 calorie/day part of the HCG pellet protocol. I'm only hungry around meal times and I am satisfied with the amount of food on the protocol.
Results so far:
06/18/15 189.8 lbs
06/19/15 188.4 lbs
06/20/15 188.6 lbs
06/21/15 187.2 lbs
From day 1 of the 500 calorie/day part of this protocol, I've lost 12.4 lbs and 7 inches overall, mostly around my bra line, upper stomach pouch and hips.
I have not started to use the Ultra Burn capsules that I picked up on Friday since I'm still loosing. If I stall, I will consider using prior to P3. My goal is 20 lbs in 21 days and to keep it off. Then in August, do another round
One of the things I read about was changing behavior, So, I've been determined to change how I do things, so I don't want to eat all the time. That has been one of the things that has made this easier for me.
