Absolutely NOT! VERY small insulin (diabetic type) syringes are used. Simply squeezing a little skin in the stomach region is all that is required. There is no pain, or discomfort associated with these types of injections. Most people confuse injections with the large needles that are seen on TV. This is not the case. The actual needle size is 5/16" which is incredibly small. We always recommend doing the HCG program with injections over all other types of administration.

I did injections on my last round and I found hem definitely far more effective than drops (for me personally). You only have to do it once per day, you don't have to wait the 30 minutes before eating, and they kept my hunger at bay ALL day. I felt awesome!!! And no the little tiny needle doesn't hurt!

That's what i wonder too! I have a little bit of needle phobia... Is there a video or something of how to do it?? I have never given myself or anyone else shots before, so i wouldn't know where or how to do it!
