Day 5...

I was hoping for some pointers from some, but never the less am persevering. My starting weight on Saturday was 155, it is now Wednesday ,and I'm at 149.3. I am hoping it will get a little easier now I've passed day 3. Stomach growling this morning. I am having a bit of an issue. I am falling short of the 500 calories. I do not eat a lot of the named proteins. Fish and chicken are the two I fall between. When I tally up the caloric intake (yesterdays) I was at 335.... This is not good. Can I deviate of scheduled eating times to consume the lacking calories?(snack with allowed items) HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure you eat 500-550 cal per day. Protein is most important. Try black coffee in the AM. We also have appetite suppressants, but they can make you jittery. Best bet is to call our support staff 888-520-3438 x 1 for help and possible customization of your program.
