Constant headache?

I'm on day four of the VLCD, day six of injections, & day 3 of what I'm pretty sure is a hunger headache. Has anyone else experienced this during the first week? Is it normal? Will it go away? Am I going to have a headache for the duration? I'm following the protocol to a T...

I am day on day 2 of phase 2 vlcd. I mixed one vial of hcg with 5 ml water/b12 mixture(looks red). My instructions were to pull the syringe out to the 20 mark on the syringe. I was experiencing headaches too, as well, sometimes I feel a kind of light numbness in my arms. what is this about? I hope someone form n image can answer our Q's. I have been following the diet from the downloadable diet guide I received when I received the box. I have been drinking my water and walking. I am not sure what is causing my symptoms.

I have just finished week 3 of P2, and yes I had headaches the first week, kind of a dull constant one - but it went away in week 2. Your body is withdrawing from a lot of sugar, so it takes time to for it to adjust. Make sure you are drinking all the required water and then some - I really think that is what helped get me through it. Good Luck!

Im on day 2 P2 and found black coffee to help immensely. On day 1 P2 had a headache all day and very light headed(had not had black coffee nor tea) spoke with RN from where I got my hcg and she mentioned not to forget drinking tea and so I did that helped out i had a tea and that helped. on day 2 this morning i made sure i had black coffee instead of skipping and feeling much better with more energy. hope this helps someone else just beginning like me!
