Breaking the dreaded plateau

Hi Everyone I wanted to share my plateau experience. I am a newbie and I'm 31 days into the 46 day program. I'm using injections. So far I have lost 15.8 pounds and I feel great. I also just purchased the Ultra Burn in preparations for phase 3. I want to continue losing. I have 60lbs to lose! From the start I was dropping large numbers, 1.1 to 3 pounds. By week two I slowed to 1/2 pound daily losses. My coach advised me that usually if you start out dropping fast it tapers off and if you start out losing slow it increases in the end. My plateau lasted for six days aaagh! I tried the green apple day and nothing. I called into the office and was advised to increase my protein to 4 ounces drink green tea and move more. I did and dropped 4oz and stopped again. Twice I thought about giving up. But decided that I had lost 12 lbs and felt so much better that I could not stop. So I determined that I needed to do a steak day and just keep going regardless if it worked or not. I did the steak day and lost nothing the day after however two days after the steak day I dropped 2.8 pounds! The following day I dropped another 4 ounces! I'm am and have been a purest on this new way of eating clean! When people ask what diet I'm on I tell them that I am not on a diet. I'm learning how to eat clean. I had thought about taking a planned break to indulge for Mother's Day but I've changed my mind. I've come too far to go backwards and Plateaus are not fun. So please be encouraged. Here is my advice about breaking a plateau: 1. Be honest, if you are not following the protocol start. Not following this is like flushing your money down the toilet. 2. Call your Nuimage Medical coach! They can talk you through it, I had SeKeena, who is very nice and patient. 3. Be patient. If you are following the protocol, I promise you it will break and you will start losing again. 4. Be sure to take measurements because when you are not losing pounds you are losing inches. I have been fat most of my life, my kids are grown and it is now my time. I want to dance at my granddaughters wedding one day, I want to get my sexy back, I want enjoy the love of my life as long as earthly possible. Find your reasons for getting healthy and say them daily. I will be praying for you. CHIN UP-YOU CAN DO THIS!!

Thank you for this pep talk!! I am on Day 30 and have weighed the same for 3 days. I've lost 13.5 pounds and have 11.4 to go. You do get a bit anxious that "now it's all over!" Embarassed Not reasonable, I know, but those thoughts to fly by. I realized I have not been as careful about my water and haven't been eating all my vegetables in the last 2 days like a good girl. Well, today will be different. I'll get back to the diligence I know I need to have and also CALL MY COACH! Cool
