As pe Dr. Simeons, breakfast is typically just black coffee.
Now, we have found that many people simply need a little boost in the morning and cant make it to lunch without some food!
If you fall into that category, you may simply split up your daily caloric food allowance into multiple meals instead of lunch and dinner.
The most important is that you stick to 500-600 cal. per day!
