Hello I am doing a 23 day P1, on day 17, weight loss 8 pounds (slowed in second week). Only had 25 to lose. Thinking of Semorelin next as am eager to try it and while I am happy with the HCG protocol the 500 calories doesn't sustain me as I have an active job. If I only lose 10-12 on my HCG protocol and still have another 15 or so to go, I don't think I want to do an HCG R2, but would prefer the Semorelin protocol, eating more, exercising again, but still losing the 15 pounds over a reasonable time period.
