How long until it’s ok to exercise?
As we’ve mentioned, and will continue to, the HCG diet prohibits any kind of exercise during the protocol. If you don’t know why, please take a look at this article. This doesn’t mean that a consistent workout regimen isn’t recommended once you’re done with all three phases of the plan. Some of our more daring patients have tried to jump right into a workout regimen right after phase 2 with varying results, this is something we strongly recommend against. Although the amount of time varies from patient to patient, the majority of our patients aren’t allowed to perform any kind of exercise outside of light walking until the end of phase 3. Our program gives you access to our doctors and medical professionals, please consult with them before starting any kind of exercise program.
Is exercise mandatory after the HCG diet?
This is a question we’ve gotten many times before, and the answer is always the same. One of the forgotten benefits of the HCG diet is its ability to re energize your body. We encourage our patients to take advantage of this new energy, and while exercise isn’t required, it is definitely recommended. Our goal for each and everyone of our patients is to give them support the tools they need for success during and after the HCG diet. Use the HCG diet as the springboard to a healthy lifestyle.
