Boiled Shrimp & Asparagus
I teaspoon seasoned salt or garlic salt
Frozen asparagus spears
5 ounces of frozen raw shrimp
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Fill 2/3 of your saucepan with water and sprinkle on seasoning. Cover it and bring to boil. Then, remove cover, adding shrimp and cook. Wait for around 5 minutes for them to turn pink, they cook fast.
Meanwhile put your frozen asparagus on a plate and microwave for 3 minutes, till hot. Drain your already cooked shrimp and add to the plate. 2 cups of raw almonds
1/3 cup agave nectar
Making the crust
Combine the agave nectar and ground almonds in a mixing bowl, and mix well. Compress the mixture into the bottom and sides evenly in a 10 inch plate.
1 ¼ cups pitted dates
1 tablespoon vanilla powder or 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract

How to prepare
Soak your dates in 1 ½ cups of fresh water for 6-10minutes. This will help in softening. Then drain the water and set the date aside.
Blend the dates, coconut butter and vanilla in a food processor into a smooth paste. Cut your avocado into two, and scoop it into the mixture.
Process the blend and dates till smooth. Spoon a cup of raw cacao powder and blend to smooth.
